Founded in 1881, The Northern is one of the longest established racquets and fitness clubs in the country, set in the leafy South Manchester suburb of West Didsbury. With 21 tennis courts, six squash courts, two covered padel courts, two gyms, a fitness studio, and a bar and bistro all on site, it is a proper full-service club with serious heritage behind it.
